I'm always looking for ways to add more steps to my daily step count. I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I take the LONG way to any destination instead of the short cut . Every single step counts and they add up quickly!

There are pedometers available for every budget. Investing in one that suited my needs was a great motivator because I can see how much progress I am making every single day!

  • I do this too! Tonight, I was about to go to sleep and saw that I just needed about 400 steps to make it to 15000 so I walked around the house putting things away for about 10 minutes. Win-win! - by SUZANNE65203
