Switch It Up!




I have a busy lifestyle (don't we all), and my days begin and end at different times depending on the day of the week. So, I eat "breakfast" (an apple and an egg, or a banana and cheese, etc.) any time of the day that is most hectic. I'll eat my dinner in the morning (a fully cooked dinner!) in the am if I'm home early that day. Switching it up really works for me! emoticon
