I'm taking the special k challenge to lose 6lbs in two weeks and i already lost 4lbs and it's only been a week. Instead of making a goal that is completely out of reach like " I want to lose 30 pounds in 2 months" I make one that is in reach. once I've reached the small goal of losing 6 lbs, then I will make another goal to lose another 6lbs and so on and so forth.
