One of the best sports bras out there for me is the Panache Sports bra. It's stylish, encapsulates the breast tissue well and locks the breasts down.

The Ahhh bra is absolutely not recommendable for women with a larger chest. I have read many reviews on it. The breast tissue doesn't get enough support, the breasts aren't separated and lifted properly.

Yes, bras costs some money.But you are spending more time in your bra and panties than in most other items of clothing you own. Why skimp on that? I gladly pay a good amount of money for something stylish and sexy. Never had any complaints. :)

Funny, I never thought of my bras and panties that way but you are right, I wear them more then any other article of clothing. Thanks for this insight.

Shrinking Bras!

Bras are sooooh expensive. As I lose weight and my bras get too big I really hate to spend money on something that will be too big in a month or two. So now when I buy a new bra, I get one size smaller than my band size and use bra extenders on them until my body catches up (or actually down in this case) to the band size. This cuts the number of times in half that I have to buy smaller size bras!

Moving Comfort - Fiona Bra

I'm a 34DD runner. I just got the Fiona bra, & I've totally got a girl crush on it. It stops me from bouncing & is really comfortable. 36D fit best. What makes this bra different from other bras is how easy it is to adjust the straps to extra tight for running & loosen it up easily after that.
