Bras are sooooh expensive. As I lose weight and my bras get too big I really hate to spend money on something that will be too big in a month or two. So now when I buy a new bra, I get one size smaller than my band size and use bra extenders on them until my body catches up (or actually down in this case) to the band size. This cuts the number of times in half that I have to buy smaller size bras!
Having the right sports bra has helped me to run, jump, and play harder since I'm not as worried about extra bounce. Title Nine (titlenine.com) has a bra for every body type. They also have bra fitters to help you determine the best bra for you.
I'm a 34DD runner. I just got the Fiona bra, & I've totally got a girl crush on it. It stops me from bouncing & is really comfortable. 36D fit best. What makes this bra different from other bras is how easy it is to adjust the straps to extra tight for running & loosen it up easily after that.
I found this at my local running store. I've seen it online as well. I'm guessing local sporting goods stores may carry this as well.
