As soon as I started on this journey with SparkPeople I started telling everybody I know how wonderful this site is! Guess what? I told my sister and she told me she has been on it for about 7 months now! WOW! I was so happy and excited to share this journey with my sis! Now the big question I have is...Why didn't she tell me sooner so I could have been on this road longer?

Workout Motivation

In order to stay accountable for my running, I registered for a race and told everyone I knew about it! I knew I would not want to let myself down and have to tell everyone that I couldn't complete the race because I couldn't commit to the training.
