When i feel "down in the dumps" I hop onto the treadmill for just "five" or "ten" minutes. A little cardio boost helps endorphins to pump...sometimes I then end up doing more. It usually helps me to feel less stressed and also proud that I got in some cardio despite not feeilng motivated. Instant mood booster!

    I am happy just knowing that I have given it all I have. I do make mistakes but I do not let them get in my way of what lies ahead.
