Small changes lead to big results. It can be something as simple as parking further away at the store, taking the stairs instead of the elevator or taking a 10 minute walk instead of visiting the vending machine. Baby steps lead to giant steps down the road. 306
Walk Daily. I know that sounds simplistic. But especially for those just getting started, walking can be such a good way to get the body moving. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking a little further from the office door, taking a few minutes at lunch to walk around the building!
