I try to add in sneaky exercise everywhere. When waiting on the microwave I do squats or when I am brushing my teeth I do calf raises.

The newest additions to the Yoplait family is the Greek yogurt and Yoplait smoothies. The Greek yogurt is yummy, unlike other brands, if you don't get unflavored, 130 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 fat. Smoothies use only skim milk and are 140 calories plus 1 cup of skim milk. Yum!
