Secrets of Success





Every day that I do a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise, I give myself a star on a daily calendar. It seems silly, but the visual reminder really helps. Especially since I hate to see gaps on the calendar!
And, of course, once you get in 10 minutes, its so much easier to get in another 10, or 20...

    The teacher in me completely understands the motivation of stickers. It's funny how, even as adults, we're motivated by something so simple and inexpensive. I love your idea! Never thought of giving myself a sticker. emoticon - by GABIGAILH
