I find ways to build exercise into my day, because I think that every extra step helps. For me, that means getting off the train one stop earlier and walking about 10 minutes before I even get to work in the morning, taking a quick 10 minute walk at lunch, taking the stairs whenever possible, and parking further away when I got to a store. I do whatever I can to make those little extra steps count!
I work as a sales clerk in a store , and to sneak in some extra steps while at work ,I have moved the behind- the- counter trash can further away from where it used to be .This makes me take two extra steps to get to it after each transaction, as our customers usually never want their reciept and it gets thrown away .This has been adding an average of 150 extra steps to my daily count.Extra steps add up !Keep moving any way you can !311
