You need these 2 qualities to make this journey to health work. This is not a short journey so you need to patient and know its going to take time. You must have endurance too, these will be bumps along the way, but if you keep pushing forward you will make it. You can find your way through lifes potholes and bumps to become healthier and fitter and yes thinner too. Learn to cultivate endurance and patience and add some love for yourself. 306
