First thing in the a.m., 10 minutes just moving your body before you do anything else sets a base to build on for the day. I've been starting each a.m.with my pedometer on, me-time for 10 minutes, jogging, dancing or walking in place while I do upper body & core routines- emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
It's a great wake-up, puts steps on the pedometer & energy in me that inspire me to keep going all day. Also helps with my insomnia because I get exercise each day & have something to look forward to each a.m... no more snooze button!
