Add slices of frozen fruit to your water for a better taste. I buy a bag of mixed fruit but you can add almost any fruit. Strawberries, watermelon, raspberries, etc. It taste better than some of those taste additives from the store, and you get your fruit serving! I will mix up to a cup of fruit into my days worth of water and drink throughout the day.

Don't like the taste of water and don't want to use artificial sweeteners? Try slicing jicama or cucumber into your water and keeping it in a pitcher in your fridge. It makes the water taste like a treat - especially refreshing in the summertime!
I take two big jugs filled with ice and water to work everday along with a container of brewed hot tea for morning. I don't like the taste of the water at work and this allows me to get a lot of my fill in before going home for the day. Also allows for water to take to the gym and gym classes a couple of times a day without running out and I don't buy bottled water any longer.
