For a meatless Monday try a grilled or broiled veggie sandwich and save calories. Coat both sides of zucchini, pepper and mushrooms with cooking spray. grill or broil ZUCCHINI AND PEPPERS FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES EACH SIDE. Add mushrooms and cook for another minute or two. Spread cream cheese on toast, add sliced tomatoes & veggies. Use 35 Calorie Wheat Bread.
