When I try to "love my mistakes" and imperfect me, I recover from them often much faster than if I dwell in them. Acceptance of my imperfections and being grateful for what I'm learning is the key for me. I've learned I need to treat myself well to keep my motivation flowing.

We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.
The idea is learn from our mistakes and learn to make healthy choices we can live with not to feel deprived and hungry.
Learn from Mistakes, Forgive Yourself, Take Baby Steps
Mistakes will happen. Recognize your mistakes, & figure out how to take corrective measures. Take baby steps to learn from mistakes; forgive yourself; and move forward as slowly or as quickly as you can. Love yourself first, and you will be able to take care of your loved ones for a longer time.
Take baby steps at your own pace & NOT at someone else's pace. Practice making healthy choices every day, and one day you will not have to remember to make a healthy choice: it will be a new habit that you have practiced. Be the "tortoise" in your race to a long-lasting and healthy lifestyle!
