Getting those 64 ounces of water has always been a challenge for me. Flavored has been suggested but I dislike the taste of flavored water. What works for me is purchasing the 8 or 10 ounce bottled water. I find with the smaller bottles I have no trouble getting my 64 ounces plus.

To make certain I get my 64 oz of H2O daily, I don't allow myself to have anything but water after my a.m. coffee until I drink all 64 oz. In the summer I keep a water jar with sliced cucumbers and rosemary or mint. Very refreshing!91
