Lose The All Or Nothing Approach

Flexibility is key to my success. I used to rigidly discipline myself to a strict routine only to last a month or two and then fall off. Instead of accepting a bump in the road....I was 'off' and the routine lost. All or nothing!! Letting go of my perfectionism and allowing 'life in' is a conscious choice for me now...if I drift occasionally, I acknowledge it as just part of helping me to stay on course. A gift and not a sign of my failure!

    The ""All or Nothing" fit me to a T until this past year I realized that it's never worked for me in the long term. Perfection never lasts. emoticon
