Tonight I told myself, I'm off to have a delicious veggie laden Mongolian BBQ. It totally helped me to focus - that's what I ate and I loved it!

Many tasks need repeated on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. I am find I eed a separate work and home list. By using a list program to enter master tasks, e.g. dish washing, I can review my master list and select what tasks need attention today. My phone is always with me to keep me on track.
