I have paid for a weight loss site and this was so much better and more interactive. There is so much support from members. Don't just create a profile, interact! Join a sparkteam or challenge. Read message boards, and respond, track you food and if you need a little encouragement look at the motivational spark pages!

I sit most of the day at work, and always used to have my printer (which I use constantly) at arms reach to grab items off. I recently moved my printer, so that every time I print something I have to get up & walk around my desk & back. Just a little zip in my day.
I find it easier if I utilize food that I would normally eat and keep it into my "diet". It doesn't seem like it would work if I used another persons ideas for a change in lifestyle food if it isn't something I am going to stick with.
I love peanut butter and I make it work in my calories for the day!
I put music on when doing the housework and dust etc. in time to the beat to use extra calories. I also set myself a limit to do some chores, for example I try to clean the bathroom in the space of one song, it makes me work faster and uses more calories.
