I'm a big video game and table top gamer. To help keep me motivated I treat Spark People like a video game. Every calorie tracked, point wheel spun and exercise minute gained is leading me towards leveling up (by watching my waist go down).
This helps keep me positive and productive. We all need some good cardio to survive the zombie apocalypse

While sitting there at least suck your gut in and hold make sure you can feel the muscles in your stomach tighten and loosen, continue this action for at least 15-20 minutes it'll be like your laying on the ground doing crunches. Who says you have to stop at 20 minutes, if you like or can go for longer. :)
Strength training doesn't need to be a chore, but it can be very important to your efforts. Try Spark People videos, they are short and target a specific area. They are generally doable for most people and don't take a lot of time. Many of them are 10 minutes or shorter. Try one Spark Video in the morning to focus on a different body part!
By creating an exercise routine based on your individual needs and abilities, as well as taking some precautionary measures, you can reduce your risk of injury and make exercise an enjoyable part of your daily routine.
