I give myself one day a week to indulge in any cravings I've been having. This "free day" often keeps me going. When I am craving sweets or fast food or something unhealthy, I just have to remind myself, "If you're good this whole week, then on Sunday you can have that." It seems counter-productive, but it actually makes it easier to stay on track in the long run. I only allow for it if I've been good the rest of the week, so it's like a reward. We all need rewards to be motivated!
