I am more motivated to get a work out immediately on my way home from work before I get home and get bombarded with all the stuff going on at my house. I bring my workout clothes with me to work in my car and work out right after work!

Everyone has their own workout times, but this helps me: In the morning, I get out of bed and put my workout clothes on immediately and get my workout done right away, it really does get me started on my day. If I workout in the evening, I walk in the door and go change immediately and workout. If I sit down or do anything else, I'm less likely to workout. So, for me, morning or evening doesn't matter, making it the happen as soon as possible is what pushes me. 189
Immediately after getting out of bed, I put on my workout clothes. Then, I feel guilty if I change for work or the day without spending some time exercising. I drive my daughter to school and head to the gym at least 3 days a wk. Don't sit down to check email or even turn on the tv 9
Have it ready every day: Bottle of water and a book/ipod for the gym.
I always grocery shop in my workout clothes; even when I am not going to the store immediately following a workout, I still put them on to grocery shop. There is something about being in my workout gear that keeps my mind in the right mode while choosing what I will bring home with me. Just a little trick that has worked wonders for me!
