When I'm feeling deprived of something, I like to make myself feel better by giving myself LOTS of something good for me. Either a good long bath, a big pile of raw fruit or veggies, a long walk -- something health-promoting, but also abundant and joyful.

I always thought it was a myth that drinking water would make you feel full and eat less. Recently, I've been drinking more water and eating high fiber snacks such as cereal or WW toast. When I combine water with fiber, I really do feel full and eat less.
Benefits of this trick: -More glasses of water consumed -More daily fiber -Less likely to go over calorie limit -Feel full and not starved
Every year I use to say " I am going to lose weight." I would try and lose maybe 10 lbs. I would regain and would have to start over. I stopped myself dead in the tracks one day and told myself " You have not achieved your goal and year after year you do the same thing. The years pass and you still look the same. TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN! Get ON AND STAY ON. YOU WILL THEN SEE CHANGE!Losing another year without change is not I want,leaving unwanted pounds in the old year sounds better to ME.
a little exercise, meal change a day goes a long way. I AM NOT KIDDING!! IT HAPPENED TO ME.
I don't like to exercise and treadmill workouts are the very worst. Recently, I decided I wanted to watch the top 100 movies ever made according to American Film Institute. I got a netflix membership and several movies were sent to me. Now, my time on the treadmill is an investment in my future
I've gone from not exercising to many days going for two hours because I want to see the end!
