    This is so so true! I have had so many ups and downs in this process over the last three years but I have realized that I haven't quit. I might not see the weight changes I am looking for but I am seeing the life changes that needed to happen to rid this weight for good. Dealing with all the issues that have helped you pack on the pounds it the only way to keep it off.

    ShenelCollier...that is so true. Taking what makes success in the other areas of our lives and applying those concepts to weightloss makes it possible; breaking the steps down to do-able pieces each day instead of being overwhelmed with too many choices at one time.
