Write the year "2013" on at least 10 of your checks. My mom taught me this trick years ago and now I no longer accidently write a check with the wrong year on it.

if you is like me who is always running low on time just make your breakfast at night then in the morning just heat it up and go. never skip breakfast because you are more than likely to over eat at lunch time. 4
Studies prove that people are more likely to stay on track when "eyes are watching them." A mirror on the refrigerator, and one in the pantry, may subconsiously reduce snacking, sneaking or binging. PLUS, looking at yourself will remind you of your goals and help make that decision on whether you are going to snack or choose another option when you are not truly hungry. Even better, put your "goal picture" BESIDE the mirror to remind you where you are heading. 204

I set a 2013 goal to use up items in my household that were taking up room, and if I can use them to help me/someone else, that is even better!
I am using yarn to make little girls' ponchos with a free Lion Brand pattern; I am using scraps of fabric to create potholders that will be parts of gifts during the year; I even looked at a deli-container as a possible "greenhouse" to begin plants or perhaps sow some lettuce soon.
