While sitting at my computer reading I do sidebends, twists, dumbbell bicep curls or overhead tricep extensions. I do this while watching tv too but then there is room to add seated leg extensions. You can get in a lot of exercise just sitting on your butt :)

If you spray a mist of windex on almost any spot on carpet or furniture and let start scrubbing it right away it comes off like it was never there 338 it comes in handy alot in our house since the puppy tracks in mud
don't let the windex sit to long or when you scrub it sort of more smears it rather then lifting the stain.
