I get really overwhelmed when I think about how far I have to go. Some people shared with me that they only think about the next right choice. When you break it down like that it is so much easier.

"If you change what you believe...it changes what you can achieve."
I try to remember this saying that I heard somewhere along this journey...Also I try and remember to "Make the next right choice" especially after I've not made a good choice. I've discovered It's all about mind over matter. And I've learned the more I log into Spark People the more I stay focused
I LOVE how great I looked in bootcamp and Navy school! The running cadences kept such a great beat & moral while they literally worked my butt off!! So I found a free App for my Ally verizon phone that is Marine cadences that I listen to while on treadmill & it keeps me soo pumped up!!!

When you slip and overeat or not exercise for a few days, don't allow yourself to "give up." Even if you overeat, you can still plan ahead on your tracker to eat a little for what's left of the day and just get right back to it the next day. Same with exercise, just get it in today, start slow...It is when we get into the thinking of "I already messed up, so I might as well really mess up" that we defeat ourselves. Just get right back on track and make the next choice a healthy one:)
