10 Minutes A Day To Mental Health

Just starting with the 10 min a day of exercise has caused a snowball of positive results. I've kept on that streak and added others 1 at a time. The 10 minutes often turns into 15-60 and I'm feeling so mentally (and physically) healthy I've been using SP more and more for encouragement & motivation.

Even if you have to march in place in your pajamas - stick to it and you'll FEEL better - guaranteed.

    thank you for the motivation. i will work on not over commiting myself and start slow with 10 minute brisk walks during my lunch hour. i hope this works...

    Thanks. Getting fit is such a monumental goal I am totally overwhelmed and feel helpless. However, 10 minutes a day is doable for me and hopefully it will set a pattern of daily activity. emoticon
