Diets have a bad stigma and create feelings of failure before you start. "Lifestyle modification" is what you need to do. I feel if you deprive yourself of what you want, you will end in failure. If you are craving a pop have A diet. craving cookies go to mcds and get 1. this will save from guilt of throwing away a batch of them. Everything is ok in moderation it is once you take away the "moderation" that it is bad. Start small. small changes in life that will add up to be big!!
