Secrets of Success





I've adopted the following to help me deal with 'time of the day' cravings. In the afternoon - between 2 and 3 I get a sugar craving. To combat this I have a low calorie chocolate drink (e.g. Options) - there are several brands around equal to 50 to 100 calories at about 1:30.

The evening tends to be when I ge salt or savoury cravings - roundabout 10 - 10:30 If I've used up my WW points, then I have a mug of oxo or marmite drink about 9:30

By adopting the above, I've significantly reduced my afternoon and evening cravings. I rarely need to have the 1:30 or 9:30 fix anymore .
