They often say that you need to chew a bite of food x times before you swallow. That doesn't work. Don't count the amount of times you chew, instead chew until you feel that the bite is as soft and fluid as can be, and mixed very well with saliva. That's when you can swallow. AND you will have enjoyed the taste and the texture of the food more!
