I love to dance, and it's such a great form of exercise for full-body toning and cardio. I incorporate it into my day whenever I can. I just put on some upbeat music and dance through whatever I'm doing.
I dance around with my babies before I put them in their high chairs, I dance while I wash dishes. And my 8-yr-old and I have borrowed the Random Dancing idea from iCarly. We bellow "Random Dancing" and then dance around the house.
On those days when I am just not motivated, it helps to get active and crazy with the kids. We like to parade around our house singing songs, dancing, or doing something silly (one time we had an underwear parade with underwear on our heads :-). 15 minutes of this and I am perked up to excercise!
