I went to a thrift store and bought 3 inexpensive jeans, kinda tight but not to tight. When those jeans start to feel lose I take those old jeans back to the thrift store then buy another 3 kinda snug jeans. I could tell I was losing weight buy the way the jeans felt, and it makes me feel like I accomplished something. Like a game, for each pants size is a new level of weight loss and I get to go out and buy more jeans while getting to get rid of bigger ones.
Make sure NOT to buy clothes to tight
Instead of getting a new pair of jeans which are still too tight to wear and make them your goal, keep a pair of your old jeans! It is so much nicer and more motivating to see how big those have become instead of seeing that you still don't fit into the new ones.
I get a lot more motivation by trying to get back into a pair of jeans I use to wear. Instead of stepping on a scale, I would step into my jeans. :) It was a lot more motivating for me to get back into those jeans than to step on a scale and looking at it as loosing weight. Try it!
