Want a quick protein packed breakfast. Make your oatmeal the usual way, than add 1 scoop of protein powder any flavor you like and 1/2 cup Almond milk. An excellent choice for breakfast before or after your workout.

I like banana flavor whey protein on a cold morning before I head to the gym. A great way to get everything your body needs to help you perform your best.
