  • I think that is a great idea and I'm going to try and incorparate this into my plan. This week ( 7 days) I am only having Cheerios for breakfast and I'm not feeling hungry and it's keeping me fuller for a longer period of time than most cereals that I eat. I'm going to be setting other goals like this too for myself. Thanks - by REDWINEBABE
