In my lunchbox, I always have 3 different veggies with me. So when I get snacky, I grab some cauliflower, celery, green peppers, carrots or cucumber. The crunchy aspect of those vegetables is great for people who are trying to stay away from chips.

I've been really enjoying my all veggie soup. It's been great to have on hand for right before dinner. I find if I eat a satisfying bowl of it I don't want as many carbs for dinner. It's working out great!

I love fresh veggies but i notice how positive i am after picking in my garden and cooking fresh veggies for supper, one small rule in our house as the kids are growing up is if it comes from the garden you need to try ONE bite just one my daughter no prob, my son picky but not as bad now it worked
