Healthy way to start your morning emoticon ! Tastes great, adds lots of protein to your morning and will hold off cravings until lunch time.

More Information:

Mix in blender cup and pulse for 10 seconds: 1 C Almond Soy Milk, unsweetened (45 Cal), frozen fruit like blueberries, or strawberries, 1 tsp. honey, 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder, 1 T ground flax seed, 1/2 tsp real vanilla
