If you eat crap, that's exactly what you'll feel like. If it comes in a box, bag, or can and has a ton of ingredients you can't pronounce, put it back. I stopped eating processed garbage and I feel and look SO much better. My skin and hair look fantastic, I rarely get sick anymore, and that last stubborn 5 pounds is gone for good.

    I have never been a big fan of meat, so when I started this diet on Jan 1, I decided to try to try a vegetarian diet. I feel fantastic! I eat very few processed foods and have started making big batches of rice, beans, etc., and freezing them. I pack my lunch every day. emoticon

    I just borrowed Tosca Reno's "Eat Clean" and "Your Best Body Now". Great books and she's all about eating clean and healthy. emoticon
