In my job as a dental assistant, whenever I lubricate the dental handpiece (30 seconds) I concentrate on my abs, and do a couple of isometric ab squeezes. It works out to several times per day, and it is just a little something I can do to focus on my body and muscles. Bet I could find lots more little repeated activities throughout my day where I could focus on other muscle groups while I'm doing something else! Easy-peasy!

    An added thing to this comment is in your car (while sitting in traffic)and doing key-gal exercises. Not only will help your bladder muscles, but it will also help you with your lower back muscles and tighten your abdominal.These are done by pulling your belly button toward your spin and raising it while tightening your inner thighs and pulling up your lower abdominal muscles. Works wonders!
