Counting the ww points/calories of food I refuse or resist (e.g. cravings), really helps me to avoid temptation especially at this seasonal time.

MORE INFORMATION:
I keep a running score (ww points/calories) of the 'treats' I'm offered (but refuse) - this really helps me say no or not cave into cravings/unplanned treats. In the last couple of days I've said 'no' to wasting a day's worth of ww points.
