    To turn myself around when a diet day could turn into a diet disaster day I make water my number one priority- working water buys me time to get myself back in check- calming down, and focus...

    This is what I finally had to do to get back on track. I kept looking toward the top of this giant hill I had left to climb but now I am focusing on the steps it takes to get there. My focus is now 10lbs. Once that is gone, I will work toward the next. So much more manageable than the 150lbs I have been focused on.
