For every workout I do which exceeds 30 minutes, I get to purchase one song from iTunes. If I want to buy an album, I can "save up" a number of workouts until I have the $ to buy an album. Finding a motivating, non-food reward was a game-changer for me. This costs less than a gym membership for me, and it motivates me to work out more so I can listen to my new music!

For me the best success in house cleaning comes from playing upbeat music in the back ground. Just like exercising it gives you an upbeat to keep with the tasks at hand!335
Try to add whatever music motivates you to your back ground and do your housework with it, when I am finished I reward myself with more calming music and a cup of herbal tea, then I take a walk or simply relax with a good book!
I reward myself weekly. On Sundays I allow myself to get a cup of ice cream and a burger (on wheat, not a bun) and I'll buy a new music video or a couple of songs for the next weeks workout. It keeps me wanting to go to the gym to work out.
When I started working out alot, after a month or two, I rewarded myself with a new ipod for the gym. Then my husband got be the TRX because he was so proud of me. I am now rewarding myself with music, fitness books and magazines, and when I get home (from Iraq), workout clothes.
