I am fortunate to have an exercise bike right in my home office. I hop on the bike and complete my SparkCoach program each morning. It's definite motivation to go that extra mile. Its possible to spend tons of time in the Community section ithout even realizing how long you have biked.

I'm a full time college student with a full time job, it's easy to get too busy to fit in exercise. On days when I don't have much time I go to my school's track and walk during my break. It's not hardcore cardio, but every little bit counts (:
