When you're making a smoothie with & it ends up tasting watered down or too thin....try adding in a little scoop of oatmeal to thicken it up. Instead of adding more yogurt/milk, etc. Much healthier, it won't melt down into the smoothie, and it mixes in awesome & you can barely even taste it in there with all your other healthy ingredients!

I posted a secret about smoothies and received several questions, so...in response to the green smoothie question: I bought Victoria Boutenko's Book, Green Smoothie Revolution (only around $10) and started trying recipes. When my friends told me about it, all I could think was "gross", but they are really quite good. I start with a mixture of fruits (no dairy or sugar) and ice cubes.
