Doing the Fiber 35 meals, tracking it all on Sparkpeople. Exercising by hiking twice a month, stationary bike 3 x wk, weights and yoga. Losing inches, losing weight, losing cellulite, not hungry and very regular. Skin is glowing. Not bad at 55, the boys are noticing.
