Eat tons of fruits and veggies every day. Base 2 meals a day around veggies. Just fill your plate! (Add protein and fat to complete the meal). They are nutrient dense and have lots of fiber which will help you prevent additional cravings and getting hungry as much. If you're dieting, you are taking in less calories... make them count.

I have the hardest time with portion control. Lean Cuisine meals to the rescue! If I'm still hungry I have hard boiled eggs, veggies or fruits as a snack! Result: Less daily calories, eating more often plus learning true portion size, and no more guesswork for dinner at the end of a long day!

If you do not like fruits or veggies, try making your own protein shakes and add them as ingredients. I use Syntrax Nectar protein powder, add skim milk, water, fruit, veggies, nuts, tofu and mix it in the blender. WHen mixed together the taste of the veggies is hidden in the mix. Drink for a meal
