My exercise of choice is biking. By being involved in my local bike club I meet people to exercise with. Not only does it keep me fit, I know if I gain weight it's going to be harder to keep up on the hills!

I recently joined a local running club. Having payed the annual fee and and stated my commitment to this small group is motivating me to keep going for the runs. Before joining the club, I repeatedly made excuses for not running, since I was not accountable to others.
