I just made the most delicious desert for myself in 2 minutes! I dices up 1 apple, microwaved it for 2 minutes with 1 T of cinnamon, I poured it over 1/2 cup of blue bunny frozen vanilla bean yogurt, then topped with 1 T bare naked granola. I am Very satisfied , and Happy that I stayed within my eating plan!

Since this is a life style change and not a diet I needed to learn how to eat deserts. So I now eat them in cupcake papers. Ice cream or apple pie, or a piece of cake in a cupcake paper looks festive and sufficient as compared to the same amount lost on a desert plate. Double satisfaction, having the desert and remaining in control.
