Somehow when I think about drinking 8 glasses a water in day, I get overwhelmed. But when I think drink 1 glass for every hour I'm awake, it's doable. After being awake 12 hours, I have drank 96 ounces in a day. It's very manageable and I'm proud I reached my goal. 244
If you have a hard time drinking enough water, simply aim to drink one glass every hour on the hour that you're awake. If you get up at 6:30am, drink a cup. Then have another at 7am and every hour, on the hour, for the rest of the day. Set an alarm to help you remember until it becomes second nature.194
