Keep healthy munching foods stocked: carrots, cucumbers, apples, pumpkin seeds, 100 calorie popcorn portions, etc. Keep them in your fridge, pantry and at work. Salsa and low-cal ranch dressing are a good addition for just a few calories. emoticon
